Thessaloniki Event
In the scope of the CIM project, in September 2019, participants had the chance to take part in a design thinking workshop organised by master course students of the University Duisburg-Essen. The workshop took place at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, in conjunction with a partner meeting. After an input presentation by the students, workgroups were formed.
The goal for each group was to come up with innovative product or service ideas regarding the SDGs and pitch the idea to the other groups at the end of the workshop. Through different exercises like association and bisociation, the participants were led through the design thinking process and were able to break through linear thinking processes and instead started to think creatively.
