How to create attractive online events?

Workshop provided by the CIM consortium during the ERASMUS days 2020!

In the framework of the ERASMUS days we offer a workshop on how to make online learning events more attractive, innovative and truly collaborative.

We offer this workshop to experience new participatory and collaborative online tools in creative thinking sessions.

Background

Since the Corona crises our consortium has completely changed to online learning and collaboration and developed and piloted blended learning formats that could at least buffer some of the missing direct encounters in creative learning spaces. During the session at the ERASMUS days we would like to share our experiences and learn about your ideas, demands and expectations.

Programme:

Welcome and Brief Introduction (15 min)
Interactive, collaborative Workshops on “How to create attractive online events” with-state-of-the-art online collaboration instruments (45 min).The workshops will be organised in breakout sessions of max. 6 participants. They are designed on a real case scenario for a large scale online conference that we will organise on Dec. 10^th and 11^th.
Presentations from the workshops, discussion and networking (30 min)

The workshops will be organised in parallel breakout sessions of max. 8 participants to provide maximum interactivity and networking opportunities. The workshops are designed on a real case scenario for a large scale online conference that we will organise on Dec. 10^th and 11^th.
The assignment to the workshop teams is to design ideas and formats to create social moments in online events. Your ideas and creativity may lead to a real output in December!
